I can't say enough about how helpful Scott was in the sale of our parents' home. From his advice on preparing the home for sale to establishing the best sales price, he was thoroughly knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend Scott to anyone without reservation
Scott helped us with our first home purchase and we would strongly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He was diligent, punctual, and went the extra mile to ensure the addition on our home was properly permitted. We leaned on him a lot during the process and he walked us through each step.
Five stars out of five just doesn't seem like a high enough rating for Scott and the high-quality work he does. I'll start this review by saying that I ultimately decided to give up the search for a house after two and a half years. The market in Madison (and Dane County in general) is really tough if you're a buyer looking in the $160,000-200,000 range, and I needed to take a break. Scott walked us through the whole process of selling our home. He helped us decide what repairs to make/prioritize on the house, took care of the listing (took the listing pictures himself), and referred us to a stager and handyman he recommended. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. We actually had an unusual scenario happen where a buyer got cold feet after signing all the legally-binding paperwork agreeing to buy, but we didn't panic because Scott knew exactly how to handle it.
