We moved in beginning of December, we love the apartment, on January 8th I was cooking supper and put a baking sheet on-top of the glass top stove, we heard a snap and saw a hair line crack running across the top, today January 10th a brand new stove was delivered, exceptional service, would never have gotten such service from our other rental company, thank you for your help
Would not recommend to anyone. Was lied to about the structure of the building, drawers and shelves are held together with the smallest and fewest screws as seen needed and what’s more is the residents as per what would be said as “professional working couples” are as ignorant as the owner company when you reach out for anything whether a room issue or help with another tenant.
