I am absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism you get from Walker Monument. My wife and I lost our baby boy and had been dreading having to purchase his grave marker. When we walked in we did not receive any helpful service. The girl who "helped" us was very short and rude and kept checking her cell phone during our consultation.
