Probably my best experience ever at a dealership. Did not buy vehicle at Walker due to availability. With that said, very professional service group who treated me as if I had was their best customer. Met a young salesman who will sell me my next vehicle when ready.
The service department was very helpful in diagnosing issues with front end of 2008 E320.
I brought my BMW in to Walker for them to service the starter recall displayed on my dash board. The service department then stated they needed to order the part, yet they wasn’t sure if they could fix it. When I received the follow up text, it stated that work was done which it hasn’t. So I’m very displeased with their customer service in how they treat potential/past customers.
The experience with this dealership is honestly horrible. They tell you 10 different things is wrong, make you wait an insanely amount of time to get your car back when it’s being worked on, on top of the fact at first didn’t even offer a loaner car. Half communicate with you, or just give you a run around. Lied on multiple occasions, when the car would be ready, on top of many others that we won’t get into. To conclude this, won’t be using this dealership again.
