Extraordinary service with a personal touch
The service was great. The time it took for an oil change was too long.
Patrick Harrison did an excellent job for me when purchasing my new 350!! He listened to me, found a better vehicle in my budget than I thought I was going for, and made the process as seamless as possible! He even delivered the car to me so they could detail and certify, and not keep me there all afternoon. He was friendly and easy to talk to. In general, I thought Walker and specifically Patrick earned a forever customer!
Walker BMW has done and will continue to do all the necessary work on my 2021 BMW. I most recently needed an oil change and to have a front bumper hitch cover (??) replaced because it kept coming loose and hanging down. I called in advance and provided the part number, and they had it waiting when I got there. I am not bashing any other dealerships, but there are two that are closer to my home that simply do not use because of the trust and respect that I have for the technicians and staff at Walker BMW.
