Walker BMW always provides such a wonderful and personal experience. Service center was able to add maintenance service to my appointment saving me an extra trip. BJ and Kendall are amazing! They took care of what I needed efficiently.

They inspect the whole vehicle and then solve the issue the first time if you live in Central Louisiana and own a Mercedes-Benz this is the only shop you need to get it done Right the first time, Mr. Ron and Mr Josh will handle everything for you with no worries my two Mercedes-Benz 2015 and 2019 runs like New because of them

The service department went above and beyond for me. Even though I was far away from the dealership, and it was late in the day, they found the part I needed and offered to meet me halfway so that I could get it after closing time. I am truly grateful for their dedication to there job. If you find yourself in need of anything in their service department ask for Duke.
