I said I would never come back to this dealership after a bad experience a year ago. But I decided I would try them one more time. I can't say enough good about them. Matt was the service advisor. He got me in right away. They diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to replace the infotainment center right away. They were courtesy and friendly. The repair was done in a timely manner. My son took his car here for repair TWICE in 2 week's time. Constantly had to call for updates and end up having to pay over 2k for a part that was not even needed. After they placed the part, the car continued to have the same issue. I had him take the car to Auto Zone and the battery needed to be replaced. The mechanics did not check his battery or alternator BOTH in which needed to be replaced (REPLACED ELESWHRE) they instead told us it was the ABS. I recently purchased a new Civic Hybrid Sport Touring Hatchback from Sullivan Honda. While closer-to-me Honda dealers advertised MSRP + additional dealer charges (despite end-of-year pricing proximity), Sullivan Honda advertised discounted pricing while having superior inventory choice. I would recommend sales consultant Palmer Hassell.  He guided me to which SUV to buy, because his knowledge of the Honda cars is wide and deep.  He knew the pros and cons of car comparisons within the Honda lineup.  Quite simply, he knows his cars--inside and out.   He gave me space to proceed at my own pace.  Yet, he freely offered to me to take a test drive and then to actually take the car to pick up my wife so that she could also drive the car.  We had it for about 2 hours or so before returning it to the dealership. I wanted to give a shout out and positive review to Tom Scott Honda! I saw a Ridgeline on Facebook Marketplace and had a couple questions. Kelli answered them promptly. I made the drive to the dealership where I was helped by Jake and Adam. I drove the truck and made my decision a couple days later. We made a deal. Bait and switch pricing, will not return They advertise these great lease deals on Prologues, but by their logic $2,000 down turns to nearly $7,000 down for a $199 lease payment I came in interested, with pre approval from Honda Financial, and they completely soured me on the prospect Place is a joke, look elsewhere

The sales team was excellent when I recently purchased a 2026 Passport SUV. Finance is another story. Do your due diligence concerning available interest rates. We were told with 800 credit scores Honda 5.2% financing was available when actually Honda 4.49% financing was available. We found the 4.49% interest rate on the internet.
