Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

I come from a family of Chiropractic specialist, and when I first moved to Nashville, TN in 1991 I tried several Chiropractors in the area to hopefully find a health partner that would be as qualified and caring about their patients as my Father, Brother and Aunt all were. Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Dr. Walker and his staff are amazing! I never feel rushed and I get all of my questions answered. I have been seeing Dr. Walker for almost two years and I'm so grateful to him for relieving my hip and back pain. He is wonderful! If I ever needed him on a day that I wasn't scheduled for, he and his friendly staff will fit me in. I've heard that even times of emergency (weekends) when you are really needing him, he will meet you at the office!
