Has helped me tremendously. Chiropractic is not an overnight cure for anything. It takes time. Give it a chance.

Dr. Walker did help me but the stress of trying to get any return from Medicare and my secondary was the painful part. He charges for every visit up front and I was told that the charges would be billed immediately & that was untrue. It took 6 mos to finally get some of the charges back. Just know that he is an UNASSIGNED PROVIDER with Medicare so you will not get much back. Bottom line is that the billing of the charges were done unprofessionally & If you are NOT worried about getting any of your charges back he is a good c... read more

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Wonderful Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? I get a kick out of the survey form: Q. "Were the reception room chairs comfortable?" A. I don't really know, they never left me waiting long enough to find out. Service is prompt and friendly. I read the very negative review below and think that patient must be confused. Maybe they went to a different doctor or have some other issues. Dr. Walker and Jennifer are always exceptional. Yes they offer X-Rays and services that other offices do, but at three times the cost. They do not like discussing their pricing with you unless you insist. Then when a large bill comes your way they lie to you and say that they he is the best chiropractor and cannot be compared to EVERY other chiropractor in the greater Nashville area that will perform the service for half the cost. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
