I have now experienced an issue with the service department at Walker for the fourth consecutive time. I was told that when I dropped my truck, it would be ready later the same day, but if not, it would be ready the following day. I let him know the importance of getting it back, as it was used for our business. By the third day, with no call, I reached out with a text to the provided communication number.
