I bought my car from a small dealership in Pennsylvania five years ago, and always had it serviced there. As a small dealership, they were always particularly friendly, and I felt that they appreciated my business. Walker wasn't particularly busy yesterday, but I did feel like I was just another customer to be moved along. Paying Chevrolet customer with warranty coverage. Stopped in to this dealership 30 min after they opened, just to talk about issues with my brand new trailblazer, and service rep started asking unrelated questions about what I was doing in town. He acted annoyed that I was seeking help, and started going on about how busy they were. They do not want to help even paying Chevrolet customers.
