I recently stopped into the store while I was waiting to go to a show at the Riviera Theatre, I was met with a friendly greeting and asked if I could be helped, I said I was just looking the store is very nice and I ended up buying a bracelet and matcing earings that was different than what I would have found in a mall, the clerk asked if it was a gift and she gift wrapped it for me and no additional charge, How nice to go into a store and get such personal attention, I will be returning for the holiday season and I hope man... read more
I had gotten a phone call for someone i work with and I asked about where they were located and if they did watch batteries and band repair? Sure do. I went on my lunch and was please to hear 5 min so I wanted to wait. Took maybe 10 tops! I felt very comfortable letting them take the watch out of my hands and to the back repair room as Lockports Scirtos took it to the cellar and my battery didnt work within a month! This was so fast. I stopped in to have my watch battery changed and I was impressed with the selection and quality of the clocks. I was very happy with my service. This store is a North Tonawanda jewel.
Last week I took my Grandfather's pocket watch in to Walker Bros. and Monroe Jewelers. It had not run in many years. The watchmaker was able to restore it to like new condition for a very reasonable price. I will be handing the pocket watch down to my son this Christmas.
I recently brought my mantel clock in for repair to Walker Brothers and Monroe Jewelers it has been in my family for three generations and has not worked in my lifetime. They were able to repair it and it keeps perfect time. I don't usually write reviews but I was so nervous to take this family heirloom to anyone and after the care and service it recieved I could not be happier and wanted to share this with others who may be feeling the same way.
Dr Jay came to my house to service my grandfather clock. It was not chiming, he was able to fix it and restore back to perfect condition. He was professional and courteous and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs clock repair,
