I have worked out my while life... never seen or did anything like this. Very unique experience and Paulo is fantastic trainer, who really cares about the gym and each individual. The workout can be very intense but nothing hard on your joints with the benefits of rhythmic breathing leaves you elated for hours. So happy I found this new workout and people. Nancy in eastchester
Such great classes and good for all ages. Very nice vibe in the studio, instructors are very helpful/ knowledgeable. Nice shop too and all is super clean. I highly recommend!!!
