Got me in right away, took care of me and back out the door. Exactly what I wanted and needed.
The staff is extremely rude! She said I could only get a sick note for the day I came in and maybe the day after? I had been sick almost a week!! People don't go to the doc on their first day of being sick! She said if I didn't like how they run the place I could go somewhere else and hung up on me!! For sure I didn't go there! Imagine how rude they would've been in person. People who are sick and want relief shouldn't be treated like this! I hope they end up closing!
Took my son there and they told me they can't see him there. I asked why? Because she doesn't see patients younger than 2 years. Then maybe you should advertise that. Was told to take him to the ER. Not helpful at all!
I will NEVER go out there again. The male nurse is disrespectful and the older woman practitioner is too. My husband, daughter and I sat in the room for over 45 min so I opened the door and asked them politely how much longer it was going to be because my daughter was freaking out. Thats the weird part...I was nice about it and the nurse says its your job to control your kid not ours. I then asked if I could have his supervisors name and number.
