I’m not one to share reviews. But, today I will share for those who need to see this. My son and I had an unpleasant experience at urgent care today. Our first and last visit, for sure. To start, we were greeted by staff who seemed annoyed to be seeing patients walk through the door. We had to wait in the waiting area for over an hour. It wasn’t particularly busy, and being in the medical field, I understand delays happen and patients are being seen in the order of arrival. They did not go in order. Myself and someone else walked out after they took other patients that came in after us. They don’t ask why you’re there so they couldn’t be going by who is the sickest.. ugh.
Worst customer service ever! Staff are all rude and don’t care how long you wait for service. After 3 hours, finally get in the room, get blood pressure taken, and a script and sent on the way. Worst part is they wouldn’t even give a diagnostic report needed for work and told me it was our fault! I’d rather wait somewhere else for someone better than a rent-a-doc/nurse.
