I’m not one to share reviews. But, today I will share for those who need to see this. My son and I had an unpleasant experience at urgent care today. Our first and last visit, for sure. To start, we were greeted by staff who seemed annoyed to be seeing patients walk through the door. We had to wait in the waiting area for over an hour. I sent one of my student athletes here yesterday. He went in with fever, chills, sore throat, and congestion. He has a history of strep and told them he thought that's what he may have. He was told "we can't really help you even if you do have strep. We can only help you if you have abdominal pain" He went to see our nurse practitioner on campus this morning and tested positive for strep. What a worthless shit hole the receptionist was too worried about getting her lunch from the pizza guy that was behind us . Being rude and disprectful.this is the second time this has happened
Took my son there and they told me they can't see him there. I asked why? Because she doesn't see patients younger than 2 years. Then maybe you should advertise that. Was told to take him to the ER. Not helpful at all!
Fast and friendly service. Glad I went. Would recommend to others.
