I sent one of my student athletes here yesterday. He went in with fever, chills, sore throat, and congestion. He has a history of strep and told them he thought that's what he may have. He was told "we can't really help you even if you do have strep. We can only help you if you have abdominal pain" He went to see our nurse practitioner on campus this morning and tested positive for strep. Fast service compared to ER! The nurse practitioner was thorough and efficient. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
What a worthless shit hole the receptionist was too worried about getting her lunch from the pizza guy that was behind us . Being rude and disprectful.this is the second time this has happened
when you look on line it says they are open till 8pm mon-friday. pull up in front of there sign says open till 8pm also. pulled in at 6:50. ALL CLOSED UP!!! Thanks for wasting my time & my gas. I don't live in Fremont!!
The older nurse there is the rudest person I have met. I don't know how she has a job. I'd die first before going there. It's a joke
The older nurse practitioner was VERY rude and DIRESPECTFUL sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy wrote wrong prescription and told me she wasn't go to fix it DONT EVER GO HERE huge waste of time rude staff terrible service
