RecommendedI’ve never had anything but a wonderful experience at this walk in center. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Myself and my kids have seen all the doctors and nurse practitioners here, and have been beyond satisfied with the service each time. They don’t just send people away, they make sure they get to the root of the problem, provide an actual diagnosis and treatment (unlike some places I’ve been). I would highly recommend Millennium.
I have been a patient here many times and have always received excellent care. Those who complain about the wait times clearly do not understand the concept of a walk-in clinic.
Can you tell me why a Millenium Clinic has an extension for patient to speak with a staff member if that extension is NEVER answered? Who does this benefit! Is it to produce an illusion of a caring corporation? I'm not certain I understand. I do however, plan to make lots of noise in hopes of finding an answer. Making appt was very easy & was taken in quickly and treated very well by the staff and the Dr makes it very easy to be cared when you are not feeling well at all 👍🏻
Not deserving of any stars, except for the way the nurse practitioner took very good care of my mom...
Took my mother in law here to get stitches because the wait time at an e.r. is ridiculous. We showed up right at 7am right when they open because I had prior arrangements I needed to get to, and I wanted her wound closed up ASAP. Almost 3hrs later, I was STILL waiting. When we arrived there was only 1 patient waiting to be seen. I've seen patients who showed up after us leave BEFORE she was even seen. Looks like I wasn't able to avoid e.r. wait times after all. The staff was hit or miss, some were genuinely amazing (the woman who saw me before I saw the doctor was great) however the person checking me in told me I might as well be wasting my money because they probably couldn't help me after I drove 45 mins to get there. Dr. Papan was the best doctor I have ever been to in my life and wish he had his own practice.
If I could have given negative stars I would have. This place was terrible. Arrived 20 minutes before a scheduled online appointment. 20 minutes later I was still not up to the check in window.. Saw on the appointment board that I was third in line with the 1st patient showing wait time of 1-15 minutes, #2 patient 8-22 minutes. Then me. 40 minutes later the #1 either got called in or left.
