I visited Great River Quickcare on Roosevelt in Burlington today. PA Allison Walsh was great--professional, knowledgeable, and nice, too! The office person was also very nice and helpful (I called back with a couple of questions for the dr and she got back to me with answers in a very timely manner). I had very good care at this clinic and am thankful we have it in Burlington.
Need to change the name to....we will get to you when we want!!! There's nothing quick about it, at all. There was one patient in front of us and we spent over 1 hour waiting to be seen by the PA! I can't imagine the wait when you are actually busy! The staff are more interested in sharing their snacks, gossiping and playing on their phones! It's very unprofessional.
Should not be called quick as there's nothing quick about it.
Professional and courteous staff. Check in was easy for myself, husband and our two children (all four of us needed care). The front desk clerk was able to run my credit card once for all four copays which I appreciated. The medical assistant that roomed us was very good with our children. The PA was very thorough with her exam and discussed different treatment options with us. I would definitely recommend!
I haven't figured out why they quit taking patients 15 mins before they close. "Just our policy they say". When did health care become about the practitioner/staff leaving at closing time trump care?. #staywGRHSretailhoursux
Always quick. Always attentive. The PAs and nurses here do an excellent job. This is the best place to go when your needs are simple.
