The male assistant is too rude and judgmental. Don't even want to hear what patients want to say. He shows his arrogance to patients and their families. I think he needs more training before sitting anywhere to deal with patients or their attendance.

Please don’t visit this clinic. I just visited today at 11, Dr. Muneer. I have severe dry cough and throat pain. I explained my condition to the doctor and surprisingly he asked, do you want me to give any medicines? I was like, who’s the doctor here!! And also, he gave me the options, if you want to take antibiotics, I can give you antibiotics, if you want to take steroids, I can give you inhaler also. Dr. Sirajul miner was the worst doctor I have been to in my entire life. He was very rude and unprofessional. Did not listen to anything I was saying. I asked him if he could sign a referral form for orthotics and he laughed in my face and said “so we are just the office clerks for these orthotics people?”. Dr.Muneer, extremely unprofessional and as a previous reviewer mentioned his ego is bigger than his confidence in his profession. Starting off the appointment everything was fine, I was called to make sure I was coming in and they were aware I’m a new patient. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. This clinic, in general, is very bad, but Dr. Munner is the worst. I went on Sunday and he was very rude and arrogant. He didn't want to check my file, he said he is working there only part-time and he doesn't know anything, so he told me if I want I can take advil for my back pain. He also told me I should look for another doctor in another clinic, maybe in the next plaza. I don't know how this man can be called "doctor". No professionalism at all.
