I got a very bad experience today from the receptionist girl, I went there and politely asked I just want to know few things that I need to take some vaccinations for dsw , and she was super rude to me . She said she don’t know anything and need to ask to the doctor directly. Even she don’t know it will cover on insurance or not. Went there multiple of times and this was the worst experience. So judgemental and rude. I left the clinic without seeing the doctor because I humiliated from her experience.
Long waiting hours 2 people ahead of me and it took 2 hours and I didn’t see the doctor at the end I couldn’t wait more it was bad experience
Went there for my arm was sent for an ultrasound which is a 3 month wait and was told he would not prescribe Meloxicam because I needed a specialist. Went back on a different occasion because I take a few supplements and need a prescription to change from calcium carbonate to a less constipatitating formulation I was told I would need to see a specialist.
