I switched over to this store after multiple issues with another well-known pharmacy down the street. While nothing is perfect, they have always been respectful and helpful. Getting my prescription there is easy and they are always reachable by phone if I need my prescriptions sooner.
Get a call that prescription is ready at 1pm. Call says pharmacy is open 8-10pm. Go to pharmacy and arrive 1:30pm. Pharmacy is closed and locked. Staff memeber says they "always close 1-2pm." No sign anywhere in store telling customer this fact or on phone call. So now either stand and wait or go home and plan a second trip. How is this acceptable? How is this message not conveyed to customers in the phone call or via any signage? Is this store run by amateurs? Do they know customers can pick other brand name stores?
You can buy cigarettes, beer wine and Zyn’s on a holiday. Unfortunately, you can’t pick up a prescription on a holiday. The name of the store is Walgreens Pharmacy. Disappointed. Will be switching.
