Horrible customer services at the pharmacy, i have a special needs child and getting his medication need to get approved by the insurance company. instead of helping, they repeatedly refuse to do the right thing, causing unnecessary delay and stress. No family should have to fight this hard-to-get medication for their child.
The staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. Today Ray was juggling several customers, never lost his cool and managed to keep everyone happy. Give him a raise and reward his good work.
Horrible service. Horrible people working there. They're going to kill someone. They havr one good employee, but I can't see her lasting long
Nightmare. Avoid. I came on an emergency trip as my wife’s grandma was dying. This is what happened: Tried to get my prescription transferred. Called, they said it would be ready next day. Next day, they said they didn’t have it and would call the pharmacy and (again) it would be ready next day. Next day, they don’t have it and left me sitting for 35 minutes (I timed it because I showed up at 2 just after the lunch break) at the drive through window (as other reviews have stated).
