Ok so bare with me because I am literally crying as I type. Today I dropped my prescription of at Walgreens around 3:50-4pm for NORCO. They told me they was not allow to tell me how much my RX was until I picked it up because their DM Karen Hicks said they had to stop bottlenecking whatever that means. So I returned around 5-5:20pm to pick up my Rx not to realize one of these so called trained Pharmacy Tech gave me SOMEONE else RX which was FLUOXETINE (if I spelled that correctly.) You suck!! I can't believe you would lie saying you contacted a Dr office when you did not. My husband has refills on his meds and you say he doesn't! He's been to the doctor, I'm beyond pissed and can't even get through to chew anyone out! My husband cannot go without his meds, hes been 2 days so far!! Bullshit!
I came into Walgreens today after a very trying couple of days...our home is on the brink of flooding, my 7 year old daughter had surgery on Friday at Arkansas Children's in Little Rock and this morning my 9 year old son had surgery on his hip at AMMC. After picking up our prescription for his follow up medications I got out to my car and realized I left my headlights on and my battery was dead. Good ex never had a problem very friendly to me got everything on time
Called my meds in at 3:30 for 6pm pickup. I went through their drive thru at 7:30 to pick them up. Was told they were still working on them. 15 minutes later I had my meds I got home to discover on my allergy meds they only gave me 5 pills of my 30 day supply. They didn't bother to tell me it was a partial fill. I called them and was on hold for 10 minutes before I got to talk to someone. Yeah I will be using a different pharmacy.
