I probably won't be back after how my children were treated today by 2 different Male employees within a 5 minute period. It was completely uncalled for as my children weren't touching anything in the store. But were treated as a huge inconvenience and without any understanding for a frazzled mother who was doing her best. It's sad as I have had many good experiences there with other employees over the last 3 years since I have lived close by.

I currently evaluating my business in Mt. Vernon Il. Some small problems with the medication I am in need of. date filled 07/02/18 take 1 tablet once daily; has count of 90 however 1 pill remains = shortage 60 This date 08/10/18. Also Rx 1 tablet every 8 hours count 30 I pay per refill so this runs out @ present use 2X daily = 15 days. Makes for a lot of trips to fill. I have attempted to resolve this by phone, just too stressful. Dennis

If there was a zero star option I would've picked it. After sitting at the pharmacy for two hours... They told me they couldn't fill the prescription, and basically told me that my mom was going to have to go without any pain medicine when she just had surgery yesterday. When I asked why I wasn't told this when I first came in they were rude and hateful and then tried to refuse to give me my paper prescription back so that I could go and get it filled elsewhere. This place is completely useless.
