The absolute worst pharmacy. I've given them multiple chances. They are consistently Rude, and it's never ready on time. Even when I call ahead to ensure it's ready, it still isn't ready when I arrive. I even called this morning and she said it'll be ready in an hour... I came 6.5 hours later and was told it wasn't ready to come back in 20 minutes or it would be faster if I came inside. Hmm what... why does that even matter... I have 3 small kids and one is sick... I would give it a 6 stars if I could!!! Has to be the best store ever! Never any wait times because everyone is so fast and efficient! I wouldn't give my business anywhere else!
Can I give it a zero! Seriously for the third time I called in a prescription. Came after I was told it would be ready. Waited in a long drive thru with my kids to finally get to the front -- 45 min this time, to be told too bad it's not ready. It was supposed to be ready 2 hours ago. And this time the manager on duty said priority is given to those inside. Seriously?? What is the point then. So complaints filed with corporate, and I'll take my business elsewhere!!! I suggest new staffing and better service. Ridiculous!!!
Shame on you Walgreen Drug Store. You want us to support Red Nose Day which I did, but you won't accept Tri-Care Prime or Tri-care for Life. If you cannot support your Retired Armed Forces of the United States, or their survivors, why should I support you?
The pharmacy here is the worst! Always very slow and unorganized! Not sure what is going on but they need help. So disappointing.
