RecommendedWent inside to pick up an Rx yesterday because we needed a battery for our thermometer - Roxanna in the pharmacy was so very helpful and actually found the correct battery and replaced it for us - honestly we have been happy with Walgreens for 12 plus years but in this stressful time of isolation, etc and no thermometers available anywhere to buy - she really made a difference in our lives and peace of mind yesterday - thank you so very much!
costumer service is really really bad. The waiting time is wat to long also. They do not have it together at all. This store needs to get some help .
I had a picture done and bought a tape Measure brought the tape measure back to get a refund since I paid cash in there trying to give me a gift card and trying to give me to put back the two dollars and some change in rewards back on a gift card as well and so people don’t use wall greens they don’t know what customer services and with me it’s like this is ridiculous I had a receipt merchandise back got $9.19 back and cancel and move on with my life What happened to customer service? A total lack of disciplined and trained leadership at this location. 5 bad visits to pick up the same type refill over roughly 2 year period. My doctor warmed me about this store. As the owner of a company in Granbury that's been voted Best in Hood Co.more years than I have fingers & toes, I know what customer service is. I also know when a staff needs retraining. Take your business to Ron's or CVS or Brookshire's but avoid this particular Walgreens!
