Can't get prescriptions right.
Walgreens could be more helpful by not cheating pharmacy customers who use the Good RX coupon. I had a coupon for $48.50 and they charged me $98.63. When I questioned it they said they already applied my coupon. Foolishly I paid the 98. I called Good RX and they called Walgreens and they admitted they used a old coupon from February. I'm out $50 and I'm taking my 10 scripts elsewhere.

RecommendedWorst service ever, at the pharmacy, and the pharmaceutical tech in the drive thru was totally rude, and not helpful, so I had to go in, and speak to a manager for her rude behavior.....
Cheryl was fantastic. She is a woman of exceptional character. She was kind and had a word of encouragement or a compliment for everyone in the store. I was really impressed with her ability to shine and make everyone feel like she truly noticed them and was there to make their shopping experience more enjoyable. What a gift. Thank you Cheryl. Sadly, after being a Walgreens customer for YEARS, I moved my current scripts and future business from you today. Yesterday I was first in line at drive up and it took the gal 19 minutes to wait on me (there was no line inside). In addition was told one medication was out of stock and would be ready this morning. This morning I’m told it will be here tomorrow morning. Not acceptable, Walgreens. pharmacy on Fremont in Galesburg is the biggest disgrace of a pharmacy I have ever been to. From not entering or entering insurance incorrectly, to not notifying of insurance issues have delayed my family from getting meds for SEVERAL DAYS... and every time It has been an issue on they're end, not the insurance. if you can, stay as far away from this place as you can. what a joke of a place to deal with.
I’ve never wrote a review before but this place is ridiculous. EVERY TIME I need a prescription it’s a problem and it Doesn’t matter how long you give them to fill something it is never ready! If they weren’t 24 hours I would never ever return!!!
The silly racist lady telling the ladies to stop speaking their foreigners language was sad. And her asking me if I speak African because I was black. Not good experience at all because the pharmacy staff tolerated the behavior.
