This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with!! Gave me the run around for almost 4 hours over my 18 month olds antibiotic & ear drops. Managed to get the drops filled after being disrespected & ignored. Asked for the names of the employees & was ignored twice, then the third person I asked walked to the back to write me a list of names she tells everyone to hide their badges so the names couldn't be verified. Awful service! Dr. called in meds at 3pm. I was never notified my meds were ready so I began calling 2 hours later. After being on hold forever, I was told one prescription was ready and the other was "processing" and told "we will send a text when ready". An hour and a half later l call again and was put on hold once again, then hung up on. Online app still said one prescription is processing. Worst pharmacy experienced I've ever had. Will never use them again.
Every time I go to the pharmacy part, the workers are so rude. I wait in line forever, and then they let the person that went to the next line over , after I had been waiting be helped before me in the drive through. I had gone to check 2 times on my prescription because they have me a wait time, and when I asked if it was ready at the time they gave me, they rudely said "it's not ready yet" without telling me how much longer it would be. This morning I was there to pick up brother's meds. Stood for 20 minutes while they messed up a customer's order, then the girl started stocking perscriptions and never acknowledged me until I spoke to her, with the store manager standing right there! Then they had failed to fill brother's script due to insurance questions and also failed to call him to find out. NEVER AGAIN!
