They can surely get you fixed up
Placed a photo order for a canvas print on 12/6.. was told they didn’t have the paper for it and a truck was coming in couple of days with more paper so I could have my order by 12/14. Called 12/12 at 4pm was told yes the paper came in, they’d complete orders in the order they were submitted and would call me as soon as my order was done but I for sure would have it by 12/13. This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I get the wrong count of pills that I’m supposed to have, I have even picked up medicine that did not belong to me even though by handed it to me with my name on it. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I do not know what’s going on with Walgreens and this particular location but I would not recommend it at all. Your life could depend on it
I always have a HORRIBLE experience every time I come to this Walgreens. Every time I come I wait anywhere from 30 mins to over an HOUR. I have to give my insurance information EVERY time and have to argue with them that it’s active! It takes FOREVER to get through the line and when you finally do you wait at the register for 10 mins! While sitting here waiting on medication 3 people have told me how terrible their experiences are as well. A bit of advise, if you are looking for a new pharmacy DO NOT USE THIS ONE!
Today I went to fill my sons prescription for Augmentin. You were out......fine. You transferred my script to Crowley Walgreens only to show up there and find out they closed at 5!!!! Had you looked up my script the 2hrs earlier that I waited and realized you had none my son would have his prescription. This was the worst experience I’ve had.
