Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! No one in this store knows customer service or how to do their job! Waiting 20 minutes with no one in line but me... how long does it take to get a prescription out of the bin , ring it up, and send it out!
Every time I go to the Pharmacy I have to wait for a long time. This is getting so old. I would not be going here if I didn’t have to for insurance. I am normally not an impatient person at all but this is unacceptable.
This is the worst pharmacy. They NEVER HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING IN THE PHARMACY! ! EVER !!! Takes forever just standing in line to DROP OFF A Perscription then you have to go through the same unexceptable experience when you need to pick up your script. I hate this place.
This place is horrible, took a medical equipment prescription, they said it would be ready in a hour and I told the lady I would wait. After a hour 45 minutes I went to counter only to be told they did not carry the prescribed equipment. Something I could have been told before I waited. Never again.
My daughter needed a medication for a procedure. Walgreens said they would have it in the day before but not only did it not come in they were not going to get it at all. They did not notify her until she went to pick it up. By that time she had a very short window to find it somewhere else. We will never use this pharmacy again!!
Every time my sister goes in to get a prescription filled, there is always a problem. From bing refused a phone number to her prescription being sold to someone else. I mean how do you sell the wrong prescription? She has called corp. and the store manager and no one seems to care. Today when my sister found out they sold her prescription, not one person have her an apology. The shift manager just stared at my sister like she was stupid. Never going to this store again!
