The store manager of this location is racist and incredibly rude to clients. I am a local business owner and member of the Chamber of Commerce. I spend money in the community I love. I attempted to purchase gift cards for a personnel appreciation program. I was also purchasing sundries for my family. I was denied the ability to do so. The manager called "Corporate" and was assured that the transaction could be done. It was for $750.00 using a DEBIT (Pin-required) card. I also had cash and could have paid that for it. So I drop off a prescription around 6 yesterday, told it would be ready around 7:30. Wasn't urgent, so I waited until after work today to pick up. I get there today and I'm told that they are out of the medication and it won't be ready until Monday. So I ask how I was told a time yesterday but it's out of stock 24 hours later. Now the offer is for me to pull to the side so they can call another location to see if it can be transferred...isn't that what you should have been doing all day today before I showed up?
