I have called four times since this morning and spend 15 minutes each time waiting to talk to someone about my mom's medication but get disconnected before I ever get to talk to anyone in the pharmacy!..
RecommendedI'd like to personally thank the pharmacist, Rand. Unbeknownst to us, our 92 year old mom was taking a generic bp pill which resulted in an elevated blood pressure, dehydration, and other alarming symptoms. Rand was reviewing her prescription profile and contact me regarding her meds. We are so thankful for Rand for his kindness, patience, and going above and beyond for our mother.
Very frustrating when the manager runs and grabs the last one of a seasonal item she knows you're there looking for! I asked her if I could have it and she said no she's holding it for a customer that's coming back to get it. More like holding it for herself. I won't be back!
today I got a product I seen on TV. that I wanted it was on sale for $14.00 and it was the last one. can't wait to use it. it's a veggie Pasta cutter. today I only waited 45 mins. for Mike Meds' from start to finish with my shopping included not bad at all.
