Usually I like this pharmacy. However tonight I am a bit angry with you guys. My husband picked up a refill for his medicine not too long ago. Tonight I went to get him his medications before he went to bed like I always do. I was not able to find his medicine. I’ve been trying to pick up my prescription of insulin for almost a week now, but originally the girl working in the pharmacy that I gave my insurance card to didn’t even enter my information into your system so when I showed up to pick up my prescription the price was over $1,600. So now I have waited another two days after giving the pharmacy my insurance information for the second time, and my insulin is still unable to be picked up. Please educate your cashiers on the Walgreens coupon policy. I just had the manager on duty tell me that I can't use a manufacturer coupon with a savings book coupon. Then, when I pointed out that my digital coupon did not apply, she told me that I needed to present a paper coupon and argued that she needed a coupon to put in her drawer.
While it is a quick stop for some necessities. However my stop angered me a little bit. While waiting to ask someone at the pharmacy a question, there was a lady in front of me getting a script, not only did the tech or pharmacist don't know what he was. Pushed the lady out of line, didn't bother to tell her what he was doing, but proceeded to help the person behind her. That's why I like my small town pharmacy. They know you and never treat someone that way
