Horrible! Every time I go there to fill a prescription I have to wait longer than they tell me. Awhile back I was told my prescription would be ready in 2hrs., get there, it's not ready and I'm told 10 minutes. After over an hour I'm still sitting in the store waiting. Yesterday, I was told it would be ready in an hour. I went back 2.5 hrs later and still not ready! Man, just be honest on how long it will be!
Walgreens on 61 and Greenfield west Allis over charged us at the pharmacy. March 8 2015 They tell me about some deductible with insurance. I knew that was already met. They said not. I paid full price. To get a statement later on from United health care. Showing they paid what they should of. I called insurance. I need to send them proof what I paid. I got credit union statement. So UnitedHealth care can refund me what was over charged. It's not first time I had issues with this location. I had issues them miss counting pill... read more
