RecommendedReally nice kind and friendly people at the Walgreens in Biloxi Mississippi
I normally have good service. Today im trying to get my daughyers prescriptions that i called in and one was ready the other never went thru. And in trying to figure out whats going on the guy behind the cpunter is gonna talk and laugh and have a good time with the ladies waiting. Seriously? This is customer service? We are dealing with my childs meds here.
Was in a lot of pain so they expedited my script. So thankful to get some relief.
When I'm trying to get a prescription filled and get turned away because it's not the store I normally do business with, that is poor customer service. What if I was out of town and needed to have my meds filled because it's a matter of me living or dying? You're going to turn someone away because they don't normally do business at your store? Are you kidding me?? May just be time to take my business elsewhere.
