First, there is zero direct line to the local pharmacy. So, even if the medication is controlled and requires you to speak with the local pharmacy, expect to waste 20+ minutes on hold with the call center and getting transferred. And you then have a decent chance of having your call dropped, and you have to start over. Personally, I find it a HUGE time waste, and likely will switch pharmacies over it. I don't understand what is happening here. Numerous times I have requested refills only to find out that they have cancelled the request without any notice. Of course, like everyone else has said, when I call to see why the pharmacist cancelled my request, they're annoyed and treat me like crap. I am currently on hold as I am typing this as another refill has been cancelled without notice; so far i've been sitting here for 22 minutes waiting for help.

Huge lack of communication. I spoke to the pharmacy 3x within 7 hours and each person gave me contradictory information. Left off being told my kids prescription would be ready within 90 min, BUT when I went to finally get it, I was told they actually can’t fill it and everywhere else was closed by then.
