This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Tri-Cities. At least 50% of the time I put through a refill they’re out of the medication and then it takes days to get it in stock. And they will give you a partial refill while they wait for the medication to be in stock, and then not give you the rest of the medication when it comes in. I went online and they said they had a prescription I needed filled that wasn't getting filled at my regular pharmacy, so I went in to make sure before I did the transfer and was going to transfer all mine if it worked out. Not only did they not have it, but the lady at the counter that helped me was so rude and unfriendly! First, there is zero direct line to the local pharmacy. So, even if the medication is controlled and requires you to speak with the local pharmacy, expect to waste 20+ minutes on hold with the call center and getting transferred. And you then have a decent chance of having your call dropped, and you have to start over. Personally, I find it a HUGE time waste, and likely will switch pharmacies over it.
