I don't understand what is happening here. Numerous times I have requested refills only to find out that they have cancelled the request without any notice. Of course, like everyone else has said, when I call to see why the pharmacist cancelled my request, they're annoyed and treat me like crap. I am currently on hold as I am typing this as another refill has been cancelled without notice; so far i've been sitting here for 22 minutes waiting for help.
Huge lack of communication. I spoke to the pharmacy 3x within 7 hours and each person gave me contradictory information. Left off being told my kids prescription would be ready within 90 min, BUT when I went to finally get it, I was told they actually can’t fill it and everywhere else was closed by then.
Sadly,.Walgreens on Rd. 68 has gone downhill so quickly. 😪 Thinking it's time to switch pharmacies. They repeatedly take hours, sometimes days to fill. Today I called to make sure our granddaughter's Rx was filled and they told me it would be ready by 4pm. We then give them until 6pm, showing up; only to be told it won't be ready for another TWO hours!!! They expect a 4yr old with an earache to now stay up past her bedtime, in pain......all because they again can't fill an Rx in adequate time!! So annoying!
