I was in Walgreens today to get medicine and Daniella T. did even acknowlege that I was standing right in front of her. She just started doing other things. Even just hold one second would have been appreciated.
Recommendedservice was outstanding always got great service the only hang up was we had to wait 15 mins for the manager to come get the cash drawers opened up in the pharmacy dept other then that highly highly recommend they have been our family's drug store for decades and will continue to be l
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The Walgreens’s on Broad Street in Sumter SC is the BEST!! The staff are always so friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy department are AWESOME!! Their pharmacist genuinely care about the customers and treat you like family!! Constance and Amanda are my favorites ❤️
It's SO unfair that people post negative comments when they are upset. I believe Walgreens - Broad is the BEST pharmacy in Sumter. The pharmacy staff are always busy working to fill prescriptions and stop to answer any questions. Walgreens - Broad is the only pharmacy who have EVER questioned medicine due to an allergy. Pharmacy always under staffed and a huge line.
They are so slow! You’ll wait in line for way longer than normal pharmacy wait times.
After buying out Rite-Aid, Walgreens has definitely doubled (if not tripled) their business. 1 drive through is out of service (and has been for quite some time)therefore 1 rep is working the window. I waited in line an hour and 4 minutes for a prescription that was dropped off around 9 AM the morning of the same day. I still had to wait 15 minutes or so to receive it after getting to the window. Love Walgreens on broad street.
Pharmacist told me to pull around and my son's insulin would be ready when I got back. Currently still waiting at the window and there is no sense of urgency. I believe there is a lack of training or they just don't care.
