On my way to the pharmacy after waiting for four days for a refill. Spoke with staff, doctor’s office—- back and forth— needs pre-auth, doctor not responding, our system hasn’t updated (although I’ve walked through the process with a live person— more than once). Called BRFORE 5 pm on Sunday— for the purpose of speaking to the pharmacist. Put on hold and get stuck in the loop of automation. In line to pick up and STILL on hold.
