Very rude customer service while picking up my prescription today. Everyone in the pharmacy has a frown. I felt like I was inconveniencing them for picking up my prescription. I was going to switch everything over here since Shopko has closed but I guess I’ll go over to County Market. At least they smile.
Worst experience at a pharmacy ever! My doctor prescribed some ear drops for me. I went to pick up the prescription. After paying $317 for it I decided it wasn’t worth it. Pharmacist refused to give me a refund, even if it was only a couple minutes ago. I’ve never seen any place that is so money hungry and would rob good citizens of their hard earned money. After experiencing on numerous occasions the horrible customer service I will never shop Walgreens again. After I called the customer service number I went back into the store to speak with the manager. I explained to him my frustration that has happened every time I go to that store (my bad) his ONLY response was oookay yes just like that. Maybe the store is magical and you are invisible when you shop. I’m not taking it personally I have seen it with many customers. Never had a problem picking up any prescriptions, they help me find the most affordable option, and Daniel the Pharmacist is phenomenal!
