Worst Walgreens to get a prescription filled. I called they said it would be ready in 20min. I waited over an hour before I went to pick it up. When I got to the window to pick it up they said they would get to work on it now that I'm here.
I sat on hold for 25 minutes yesterday, only to get a rude person on the other end. Not even I'm so sorry for making you hold for 25 mins!!!!!
Sat from 3:30 to 5:30 waiting for them to remember we were waiting. And still waiting.
Customer service stinks. Been on hold for over 20 minutes to talk to someone....
I have been a long time customer I always have filled my prescriptions there and buy all my hygiene stuff there and today I was treated like a criminal the lady in cosmetics followed me and a friend around I ended up not having enough money for my scripts plus the other stuff she called security on me they stopped me searched my bags the cosmetic lady got in my face and told me if I ever need anything from that section of the store I HAD to check out there I usually get everything I need and check out at the pharmacy. when I... read more
