This has to be the worst pharmacy in the world ! The pharmacist and cashier (Shay) rude and disgusting. This store needs a new staff .
So I'm at the photo center and I've had 3 workers to walk by one being manager like I was a ghost. So after waiting 10 more minutes I went and got the manager and still waited 10 mins to be waited on. One worker working with bedroom shoes. This is ridiculous. CVS for now on for me.
I’m not sure if it’s a Walgreens issue or just the Princeton Lakes location. Whenever I fill my prescription online via their website, select a date and time that’s confirmed via their system, when I arrive to pick up my order there is NEVER record of me even filling the prescription online!! Therefore, my TIME and Gas has been wasted because they tell me to come back later to pickup my prescription. WTF!!! What’s the purpose of filling it online if it’s not syncing with the store?! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
The pharmacy is not well staffed! Today is received medication for a family member that was labeled incorrectly! So glad I caught it and went back to the store. Very very poor customer service. Employee need Training.
Was at the minute clinic and pharmacy, took over two hours for them to get the antibiotic 20ft from the clinic to the pharmacy! Everyone was nice but that's horrible.
