Epic fail in customer service today. You don't tell a customer who has been patiently waiting in line behind three people that when it's her turn and you didn't fill her RX correctly that she needs to wait till you help all the customers BEHIND her because you are short staffed and hers will take some time to resolve. Especially when on the bag you filled with a different medication it says brand only (by patient request) and you never called her to tell her the brand she uses has been discontinued.
Get ready to wait 20 mins in the drive-thru.
Horrible pharmacist and people working in the back are incompetent. Lied to me told me my insurance copay was 16.12 for a flu shot. I called my insurance company which in fact the shot is covered. Only Walgreens charges this administration fee which is not disclosed to customers. Do not go here for a flu shot.
I cannot talk about the pharmacy there but I can say they are always well stocked, well staffed, and their photo machine works so quickly. The staff has always been helpful with anything. Especially help with the Photo Machine.
