This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED! They lost my prescription, and come to find out, also the 3 other customers behind me. Sounds sketchy to me. Staff is clueless. No one knows what’s going on. It has been a horrible experience every time. Done with this one. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Hire Pharmacists that do not profile customers as drug seekers because of my doctor being located in Austin. I just moved to Dallas and have not chosen a local Doctor yet. Then be told by the same night Pharmacists that if the day shift fills my meds he'll report that person and have corrective action taken against them. I will be taking this concern up with the Head Pharmacists and Store Manager.
they advised my doctor my prescription would be ready in under an hour. I called to see if it had been received and was on hold for 35 mins. I drove up there faster than they answered the phone smh. then when I got there I was told it would be some hours since they have to manual type the prescriptions and there are a bunch before mine. granted this is well past the under an hour mark the quoted my doctor. i asked how many hours would they suggest waiting and the lady shrugged. 3 hours later it still wasn't ready. RecommendedMy husband made a purchase that required an ID today.. He commented when he got home that something happened to him that has never happened before. The young man commented that he was a veteran and thanked him. He also asked what service he was in and where. When my husband replied Vietnam the young man thanked him again and commented he heard it was bad. I think you have a great employee working in your store and I just wish I knew his name so I could thank him.
After two days in proactive quarantine from a fever-free flu, I was delighted to get up early and sneak out to Walgreens. The pharmacist recommended Claritin for the symptoms that just won’t go away, and the cashier smiled and said I looked too happy to be sick. It may be odd, but I love this place. It’s my stop for snacks on the way to hikes, my walking destination for light groceries on a weekend, and my go-to when anyone is sick. Everyone is helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for?
Today Larry treated me like a customer should not be treated. I felt discriminated against because of my color and he made me wait over 10 minutes for a manager to come to handle the situation. He wanted to argue with me about taking 2 coupons saying that there was a one coupon limit on the coupon. Where there was no limit stated!
