The staff at this Walgreens in Gardendale are very nice. However it is always a ridiculously long wait. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or if you come inside, you have to wait for what seems like forever. I've been saying this for a couple of years. It's time to hire some more workers to handle the workload! If they would fix this one huge problem I would give them five stars.
I'm a mother of 2 and I would mostly kindly appreciate it if y'all would see to it that y'all have changing tables installed into our bathrooms. This is a HUGE miss. Especially with the booming pharmacy waits that takes 15-25 minutes to get through. Pleeease! Please please!! Thank you!
Walgreens is always helpful. Especially the one on Fieldstown Rd.
