Apparently this pharmacy just started using machines to count the pills? We brought home my husbands prescriptions and there was 1 pill in the bottle that should have 30. We go back and they tell us they can't determine what Meds were hand counted vs. machine counted (ya right)....and we should start counting all his pills in each bottle. They need a type of QC to ensure patient safety...if they can't check the quantity of pills going in to the bottle then they're obviously not checking to ensure the CORRECT prescribed pill ... read more
