Terrible experience. Currently very sick with an upper respiratory infection and opted to have meds delivered. Paid for same day delivery well before cut off to time and meds were not sent out, which was communicated to me and was fine. Cut to next day well after 12pm and I still haven’t received medication. Called to check status only be to be told that medication is no longer set for delivery and I would have to wait until after their lunch break to speak to a manager regarding the delivery and having the fee waived.
