I'm not even going into detail as everyone else has said it better than I could. Religion and personal judgment has no place in a pharmacy. Fill people's prescriptions and keep your opinions to yourself. If I have to help people who are total douchebags at my place of employment, you can fill prescriptions that are necessary for people's health and well being.
Pharmacists who feel free to impose their personal beliefs on the customer, should not be allowed to work with the public.
Publicly humiliating a woman on the worst day of her life is intolerable. It may be legal for tge pharmacist to refuse a woman basic, necessary health care prescribed by her doctor, but that doesn't make it right. I assure you I will never set foot in a Walgreens afain until you change your store policy and stop hiring mysogynists who place their fragile conscience before a woman's health and well-being. #boycottWalgreens
As a woman, who has suffered two miscarriages, I'm horrified that your Pharmacist would cause a woman who was about to miscarry more pain!
How dare you allow your employee to impose his religous beliefs onto a customer by denying her an approved, prescribed medication carefully reviewed by her prescribing physician? What right does he have to push his religous dogma onto others while in your capacity as an employee? I will never again shop at Walgreens, EVER!! Fire Brian Hreniuc. He is obviously in the wrong profession if he can't fill someone's DOCTOR PRESCRIBED MEDICATION because he doesn't believe in it. He can get bent. He shouldn't be working in ANY kind of medical field if that's how he feels about certain things. Does he deny birth control as well or any other female specific medication? Does he refuse hormones to those who need them? I bet he gladly fills viagra and cialis though.
