Your pharmacist just made your marketing employee’s job exponentially more difficult. I’m glad that woman felt compelled to share her story and I’m glad it went viral. People get into health care because they want to help others. We want to leave people in better shape than they came to us in, and your pharmacist failed to do that. He failed to do no harm.
Get pharmacists that can do their job.
The misogynistic and paternalistic behaviour shown by your employee Brian Hreniuc is abhorrent to say the least. I should hope that your corporation seriously considers terminating his employment after traumatizing a customer in front of her child and complete strangers none the less. you have one job, do it. you have no say if somebody can have they're meds or not.
So angered by the treatment a mourning mother had to endure by the pharmacist.
I would never give my business to a retail store that refuses to fill my necessary prescriptions. If your pharmacist does not like his job, then he needs to go into a different line of work.
Women's health care is their own business
After reading the stories about your pharmacist you can bet I won't be going in here anytime soon unless this jerk is demoted or fired.
