I have used this Walgreen’s pharmacy for the few prescriptions I have had filled over the last few years, with no issues. I was very understanding when the 2 employees were having difficulty figuring out some of the insurance information, until they started acting like I was the one who didn’t know what was going on. By the time I left, after they finally figured things out, I was extremely agitated.
1⭐ I just went there to get a redbull, I asked if they had the big cans and the cashier was extremely rude. She said if there wasn't any in the cooler then they would be on the wall. I asked if those were the cold ones and she rolled her eyes and said if they are on the wall then they must be cold. When I checked out she started to scan the guys stuff behind me before she realized I asked for cash back, she made a loud sigh and roughly gave me my cash and receipt. My 22-year-old son had influenza B and I had to fill a prescription after midnight. He was very sick and the pharmacist filled the prescription within three minutes! He gave me all of the information I needed… This location has been our Pharmacy for many years. This is why. The best in south Tulsa!
I usually love it there, great services but I think they need to send their employees to community college to learn how to operate the registers before hiring them, that manager is rude as can be, but will launch a complaint to corporate office so o.
Needed a RX filled, leaving the country for 2 weeks in the morning 6:30am flight, was told they can't fill it today, but I could pick it up tomorrow after 8:30am! POOR SERVICE! Going to change pharmacy's, they could at least have been pleasant and acted like they cared, but the team working Sunday June 11th didn't care at all!
Some of the people working the pharmacy are extremely rude.
