Understaffed.
The pharmacy is friendly but ALWAYS backed up with a long line. Manager is not doing their job staffing. It's been this way for years. Doctor's office called my prescription in 5 days ago. After not hearing from Walgreens within 24 hours I called and refilled script from automated system. Heard nothing for 4 more days, so called and talked to a human. They didn't give any reason script was not filled and said I could pick up later today. I'm now a week late on medication that needs to remain at steady levels.

I'm now a week late on medication that needs to remain at steady levels. Two stars because I haven't had many issues for the last couple of years. But they really dropped the ball this time.
Don’t drop your prescriptions off here ESPECIALLY if you rely on your medication. I won’t blame the employees but whoever manages this pharmacy isn’t paying enough, hiring enough, taking care of their employees enough, etc. Otherwise you’d have enough staff to manage the lines that are there every time I drop off or pick up. After being told my prescription would be ready the next day I arrived 24 hours after dropping off and it still wasn’t ready.
I spent 45 minutes on hold with this place then they hung up on me.
