Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. They don't have any customers inside or drive thru but still told me my wait still was 30 -35 min. I refuse go back there again
My son was written a prescription for Tamiflu. The pharmacy filled it incorrectly and want to charge us full price to receive the remainder of our prescription. My husband went and waited on the prescription for 30 minutes, willing to pay full price, and they called him up and said they have NO Tamiflu after saying they had the prescription ready. This is not the first problem we have had with this pharmacy. Now we have a sick son that isn't able to finish his medication.
My experience with Walgreens is actually good, pleasant but at this location I was told it would be a two hour wait for prescription. When I returned I was told it would be another hour wait. This is bad management, with scheduling issues. The concern and compassion was lacking. Customer service was deplorable. This was a pharmacy which was the only one opened 24/7 and they took advantage of that fact.
Just like I seen on another post! They were so rude at the Pharmacy. You couldn't drag me back in that place. Three people working, I'm the only one standing there and I couldn't get/have a conversation with any of them. Chicken necking me..thank god I just got my prescription and left. I kept my composure, but they could have cared less. I'm a 6 year customer, but like I said I'll not be going back EVER!
Customer service is ZERO, employees on headphones and rude......
Worst Pharmacy I've ever used! Shame on me for continuing to use this but never again! If it's not bad enough they are slow as can be I was told mine would be 20-30 if they put a rush on it and I came back 30 minutes later to be told they didn't even have it.
