45 min wait and 1.5 hour half later showed up and they said it was going to be another 1.5 hrs. My wife had to call and fix the insurance that they input wrong! Wife is an Rx and thankful she knew how to fix these lazy ass people!

I see EXACTLY why y'all only have 2 stars! I took my 3 yr old to the hospital (wetumpka), he has the flu. So I go to the wetumpka Walgreens they were closed. I looked online and it said that the prattville location is open 24 hrs, so I go there just for them to tell me that they closed 5 mins ago @ 10 (thought it was 24 hrs!?) Well I look online AGAIN, it says that the Atlanta hwy location is open until 11, so I go there. I got there @ 10:30. Starting to hate it more and more. Been using this pharmacy 10+ years. Everytime you go, new faces, not trained properly, this person tells you one thing then another one tells you something different. Get it together yall.
I called in my birth control the night before and it said it would be ready by 8 am. It's 1:30 and still isn't ready. This is not the first time either. Now I'm waiting for 20 minutes on it cause I'm going out of town and won't be able to come back to get it. #needanewpharmacy
