Because of a change in insurance policies, I had to discontinue using the Rite Aid, with which I had always been very happy for several years. I chose the Walgreens on Richard Arrington due to it's proximity to the location I recently moved to. My first experience with them was very disappointing and substandard. It involved three (!) visits to pick up an inhaler that my physician had called in weeks before, and which I had been notified by Walgreens, that it was ready.
